Aratus Lives is the heading this site attaches to unnamed compilers of βίοι and paratexts around Aratus of Soli (early third century BCE), gathered from roughly the first century BCE through Byzantine copies. Aratus did not write these prefaces.
What this site holds is a Letter to Julian, several Life of Aratus headings, the Phenomena as filed here, introductions and a prooemium, commentary excerpts, an astronomical appendix, On the Zodiac, and Sphere. Some lives travel in Plutarchan manuscripts as later attachments. Cicero’s Latin Aratus is later language. It is the scholarly frame and the poem as this slot files them, not a single author’s library.
