FRAGMENTUM STOICUM (Phil., Incertum) is SVF 1.142: Diocles of Magnesia in Diogenes Laertius 7.54. Some of the older Stoics make ὀρθὸς λόγος the criterion, as Posidonius says in On the Criterion.
Von Arnim, Stoicorum veterum fragmenta vol. 1 (Leipzig, 1905), p. 142 (TLG 2287.001). The work-title here is On the Criterion because that is the Posidonian book Diocles names.
One doxographical sentence on the Stoic criterion, not a missing philosopher’s biography.
