Euthydemus was a Greek ἱατρός of the late Hellenistic or early Imperial period; later writers place him in the 1st century BCE or the 1st century CE. They group him with the ἐμπειρικοί.
What this site holds is the fragmentary On Salted Fish and Fisheries. Galen also cites a book of his; that book is not an autograph here.
The fish treatise survives only as excerpts. It is not a school manifesto.
