γαίῃ δ’ ἐν Σικελῶν Τρινακρίδι χεῦμα λέλειπται αἰνότατον, λίμνη καίπερ ἐοῦς’ ὀλίγη, ἐχθρὸν ἀεὶ νήκτῃσιν, ὃ πρὶν ποσὶ παῦρα τινάξαι ῥηϊδίως ξηρὴν ἤλασεν ἐς ψάμαθον.
