Συντακτικὸς πρὸς τοὺς ἑταίρους.

Οἱ πάλαι τὴν λύραν κάμνοντες, εἴ ποτε γῆν ἐπʼ ἄλλην ἔσπευδον, οὐκ ἄφθογγον τὴν ἀποδημίαν ἐποίουν, ἀλλʼ ᾠδῇ καὶ μέλει τὸν χορὸν τὸν ἑαυτῶν ἀπησπάζοντο ...
